Delete Your Account & Data
You can request deletion of your Crypto Stats account and all data associated with it. This applies to accounts created in the Crypto Stats mobile app or on crypto-stats.info.
What happens when your account is deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity (Google, Apple or email) are permanently removed.
- All portfolios, wallet addresses, exchange connections (including API keys), transactions and settings are permanently deleted.
- An immediate request is carried out at once. A 30-day request is carried out on that date unless you sign in again first. Some records may be retained where the law requires it (for example tax or accounting obligations), and backups are purged on a rolling basis.
You can also delete your account directly in the mobile app: Profile → Delete account.
Submit a deletion request
To make sure the request comes from the account owner, please sign in first. Your account email will be filled in automatically.
