These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and the operator of Crypto Portfolio Stats (“Crypto Portfolio Stats”, “we”, “us” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the crypto-stats.info website, our mobile applications and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, or by accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and “you” also refers to that entity.

Crypto Portfolio Stats is a cryptocurrency portfolio tracking and analytics tool. The Service allows you to:

• aggregate balances and transaction history from public blockchain wallet addresses you add;
• connect supported exchange accounts through API keys that you provide;
• record transactions manually; and
• view holdings, profit and loss, allocation and historical performance across your portfolios.

The Service is read-only. We do not hold, custody or control your cryptocurrency or fiat funds, we do not execute trades, transfers or withdrawals, and we never ask for your private keys, seed phrases or wallet passwords. Never share your private keys or seed phrases with anyone, including anyone claiming to represent Crypto Portfolio Stats.

We may add, modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time. Where a change materially reduces paid functionality, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

All information provided through the Service is for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, financial, trading, legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing on the Service is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any cryptocurrency or other asset.

Crypto Portfolio Stats is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, financial institution, exchange or custodian. Cryptocurrencies are volatile and involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of the entire value of your holdings. Any decision you make based on information shown in the Service is made solely at your own risk. Before making financial decisions, consider seeking advice from a qualified professional.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
• you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
• all registration and profile information you provide is accurate and kept up to date;
• your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to you, including sanctions and export-control regulations, and you are not located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited;
• you will use the Service only for lawful purposes and as permitted by these Terms.

You sign in to the Service using a supported third-party identity provider (such as Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of the account and credentials you use to access the Service and for all activity that occurs under your account. Your account is personal to you and may not be shared with or transferred to others.

Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Wallet addresses. When you add a blockchain wallet address, we read publicly available on-chain data associated with that address. Adding an address does not give us any access to or control over the funds held at that address.

Exchange API keys. When connecting an exchange account, you must create and provide read-only API keys. Never grant trading or withdrawal permissions to keys used with the Service. We use your API keys solely to retrieve balances and transaction history on your behalf, and we store them in encrypted form. You may disconnect an exchange at any time; for complete revocation, also delete the key in your exchange account settings.

Your use of any third-party wallet, exchange or blockchain is governed by the terms of that third party. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability or security of third-party platforms, nor for the accuracy of the data they return.

The Service offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (such as “Pro”). The price, billing period and features of each plan are presented at the time of purchase.

• Automatic renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Free trials. If a plan includes a free trial, the trial converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable and no partial refunds are provided for unused periods.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices with reasonable advance notice. Changes apply from your next billing period; if you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may downgrade your account to the free plan or suspend paid features until payment is completed.
• Prices may be subject to applicable taxes, which are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the Service, or use the Service to build a dataset, product or service that competes with the Service;
• resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service or data obtained from it without our prior written consent;
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service, except to the extent permitted by law;
• circumvent or attempt to circumvent security measures, authentication or rate limits;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by imposing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or introducing malicious code;
• access the Service through bots, scripts or other automated means without our consent;
• use another person’s account, share your account, or impersonate any person or entity;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or evasion of sanctions;
• infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any party in connection with your use of the Service.

Your portfolio data is yours. Wallet addresses, exchange connections, manual transactions and other data you submit to the Service (“Your Data”) remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and process Your Data solely to provide, maintain, secure and improve the Service.

We may create aggregated, anonymized statistics that cannot identify you or any individual, and we may use such statistics for analytics, research and product improvement.

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize Your Data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use or your own internal business purposes. No other rights are granted.

If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

Market prices, exchange rates, coin metadata and other content displayed in the Service are sourced from third-party providers. The Service may also contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not monitor or endorse third-party content, and we are not responsible for it. If you access third-party websites or services, you do so at your own risk and subject to their terms.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data displayed in the Service, including prices, balances, transaction history, profit-and-loss figures and any values that could be relevant for tax purposes. Data may be delayed, estimated or contain errors, including errors originating from blockchains, exchanges or third-party data providers.

The Service is not a system of record. Verify all information independently before relying on it for any financial, tax, accounting or legal purpose.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. No advice or information obtained from us or through the Service creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, or for any losses arising from trading or investment decisions made in reliance on the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty (50) US dollars.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for willful misconduct or, where applicable, mandatory consumer rights.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Crypto Portfolio Stats and its officers, employees, contractors and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or of the rights of any third party.

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification and dispute-resolution provisions — survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections granted by the laws of your country of residence.

Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights to the contrary, the courts of Ukraine will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms or the Service.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the Service or by email — where practicable, at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel any active subscription.

• These Terms, together with any policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
• If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of blockchains, exchanges or data providers.
• If these Terms are translated into another language, the English version prevails in case of conflict.
